Buckwild (Anthony Best) is a Bronx producer and DJ and a member of the legendary Diggin' in the Crates Crew, alongside Lord Finesse, Showbiz & A.G., Diamond D, Fat Joe, O.C. and the late Big L.
He came up in 1994 producing most of O.C.'s classic debut "Word...Life," including "Time's Up," and went on to build Big L's "Put It On" and records for Organized Konfusion, Artifacts, Kool G Rap and Nas ("Fast Life"), and remixes for the Beastie Boys, Guru and Black Sheep.
From there he made The Notorious B.I.G.'s "I Got a Story to Tell," Black Rob's "Whoa!," JAY-Z's "Lucky Me," Fat Joe's "Take a Look at My Life," The Game's "Like Father, Like Son" and 50 Cent's "I Don't Need 'Em," plus records for Nas, AZ, Jadakiss, Mase, Big Pun, Babyface and Faith Evans.
More than 30 years in, he's still diggin', with full albums alongside Celph Titled, Meyhem Lauren, Artifacts, Saigon and all of AZ's "Truth Be Told." HipHopDX called him one of hip-hop's most prolific and acclaimed producers. Now he's part of the RocBattle family.
