🔥 FROM THE ROCBATTLE ARCHIVES — 2007! RA CHARM MUSIC vs. YOUNG FYRE — $2,000 BEAT BATTLE! 🏆
Ra Charm Music vs YoungFyre Beat Battle for $2000
Look what I found digging through the ROCBATTLE archives! This one goes all the way back to March 2007!
Ra Charm Music vs. Young Fyre! Two hungry producers going head-to-head for a $2,000 cash prize put up by ROCBATTLE!
What makes this video special to me is that I personally knew both of these producers back then. Neither one had made it big in the music industry yet. They were young, talented, hungry, and trying to make something happen with their music. I remember some of their struggles, and to see where their careers eventually took them is something special.
Ra Charm Music (Ray "Charm" McCullough II) went on to become part of the Grammy Award-winning production team The Stereotypes, working with Bruno Mars and other major artists.
Young Fyre (Tramaine Winfrey) went on to become a platinum producer, working with T-Pain and many other major artists.
Both of these producers were part of ROCBATTLE in the early days, long before they achieved that level of industry success!
And that's what this platform has always been about. TALENT, COMPETITION, EXPOSURE, OPPORTUNITY, AND CONNECTIONS!
Now here we are nearly 20 years later, rebuilding ROCBATTLE 5.0! We're still in pre-launch, with so much more coming. Bigger battles, cash prizes, industry exposure, placement opportunities, and a new generation of producers looking for their shot.
I appreciate everyone who supported ROCBATTLE over the years and helped make this platform what it was. We had some incredible talent come through here, and I'm excited about what we're building again.
We did it before, and we're going to do it again, BIGGER AND BETTER! 💯🔥
Who knows? The next Grammy Award-winning or platinum producer might already be battling right here on ROCBATTLE!
Enjoy this piece of history!
